Lot's going on as we enter into the busy holiday season!

So don't forget to put your own oxygen mask on first and pace yourself. It's so easy to get sucked up into the end-of-calendar-year madness of deadlines and demands, I find myself learning to find the line and hold it for myself and my family too. I have a reductionist mindset right now – how can I REMOVE things, vs add things on. For example – removing sending Holiday cards has vastly reduced my November task list!
